Fulfilling Customers' Wishes from 2024
Customer feedback from 2024 clearly defined three key priorities: improved local availability, more opportunities for hands-on experience, and deeper practical knowledge. Throughout 2025, we systematically addressed these expectations and translated them into concrete actions.
More Official OKM Dealers Worldwide
In response to customer demand for better local access, we expanded our global dealer network throughout 2025. We onboarded new official OKM dealers in key regions, including Brazil and Ecuador. This enabled customers to purchase products, receive training, and access professional support closer to their location. This expansion resulted in improved availability, shorter delivery times, and stronger local service structures.
New OKM RoadShow Locations
Customer requests for additional RoadShow locations were directly addressed in 2025. We brought OKM RoadShows to more cities and regions worldwide, giving users hands-on access to our latest detectors, direct interaction with OKM experts, and the opportunity to test OKM detectors under real conditions. These events strengthened customer engagement and allowed deeper insights into operation, technology, and scan analysis.
More Field Tutorials and Practical Training Content
In 2025, we significantly increased the amount of detailed, practice-oriented tutorial content across our channels. New tutorials covered the full workflow — from detector setup and scan configuration to analysis. Supported by long-time OKM expert Frank, we also released additional field test demonstrations, showing detector performance in real environments. This content helps users build confidence, improve accuracy, and apply OKM systems more effectively in professional scenarios.




Fulfilling Customers' Wishes in 2026
Customer feedback from 2025 clearly outlined three priorities for the coming year: more real-world field testing with transparent documentation, expanded RoadShow activities, and broader access to professional training. In 2026, we will focus on turning these requests into concrete initiatives that strengthen practical knowledge transfer and hands-on experience with OKM technology.
More Real Field Tests and Video-Based Knowledge
In response to strong demand for greater transparency and real-life use cases, we will significantly increase field deployments in 2026. These real field operations will be systematically documented and converted into structured video content.
Expanded OKM RoadShows
Based on customer requests, we will further expand OKM RoadShows in 2026, bringing our technology to additional regions worldwide. These events will continue to offer hands-on testing, direct exchange with OKM experts, and practical insights into detector operation and scan analysis — allowing users to experience OKM detectors worldwide.
Training Through Practical Tutorials
We will focus on expanding our structured, practice-oriented tutorials, which guide users through real detector usage and scan analysis workflows. Designed to function as on-demand training resources, these tutorials cover scanning techniques, software analysis, and result interpretation step by step.
Quality, Trust and Value for Money
Quality and Trust are the main criteria cited by customers as drivers of customer satisfaction. From the customers' point of view, the Price and value for money are essential purchase criteria. That is why we are always working to keep our innovations and product quality at the highest level. In this way, our customers can be sure that they can always expect premium quality from the premium brand OKM.
