From the moment Frank arrived in Albania, he was struck by the genuine warmth and hospitality of the people. Strengthening Partnerships: OKM Dealer Training in Tirana
The first day of Frank's visit was dedicated to an extensive training session with OKM dealers from Albania, Bulgaria and Greece. Representing Bulgaria were Tanya Timeva, while Anton and Angie joined from Albania Detectors and Ioannis Karathanasis represented Greece. This diverse group gathered in Tirana to increase their knowledge of OKM's innovative detectors.
The training focused on flagship products such as the OKM eXp 5500 Professional, OKM's brand new high resolution ground scanner ideal for shallow and deep treasure hunting, as well as the OKM Fusion Light and the OKM Delta Ranger Professional. In addition to practical demonstrations, the session included detailed tutorials on the Visualizer 3D Studio software. Frank expertly guided the dealers through the many features of these tools, equipping them with the knowledge to better serve their own customers. The training fostered a collaborative atmosphere that left the dealers feeling more confident and connected to the OKM brand.
OKM RoadShow: Creating Success through Service and Support
On the second day, about 14 customers attended the OKM RoadShow, eager to learn more about the OKM detectors and our services. While no photos were taken to respect the privacy of the attendees, the event served as a dynamic demonstration of OKM's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Frank provided personalized training and consultation, answered questions, and demonstrated the full potential of OKM equipment.
An outstanding moment occurred when a 15-year-old Rover Deluxe that was brought in for repair was completely restored by Frank using a video call to OKM headquarters. The unit had been experiencing data transfer issues, but this collaborative effort solved the problem. The customer, who had been treasure hunting with the Rover Deluxe for years, was thrilled to have it back in working order. The event also saw the sale of a OKM Fusion Light, reinforcing its status as an essential tool for treasure hunters and explorers.
