We are proud to announce that OKM's Quality Management System has been officially certified according to the international ISO 9001 standard. This achievement is the result of many years of effort by our dedicated expert teams across various departments.

Long before the certification process began, we were actively refining and optimizing our Quality Management System with the primary goal of ensuring that the OKM detectors we manufacture deliver the best possible results, meeting and exceeding customer expectations. For years, we have adhered to high quality standards, and in December 2024, after an extensive evaluation, our Quality Management System has officially been certified to ISO 9001. This milestone reflects our commitment to maintaining quality standards and continuous improvement, laying a solid foundation for future growth and innovation.

TÜV SÜD Audit Highlights OKM's Quality Management System

The certification process included an extensive three-day audit by the certification body, TÜV SÜD Management Service, which thoroughly examined our processes, systems and procedures. During this on-site audit, the implementation of our Quality Management System was verified through direct interviews with employees as well as random checks of work processes based on evidence such as measurement results, meeting notes, training and qualification records, complaint handling, and documentation of goals set and resulting improvement projects.

The audit examined everything from our manufacturing processes to our customer service logs to ensure that every step met the standards of ISO 9001. Compliance with the Quality Management System will be regularly reviewed through follow-up audits in the coming years, ensuring continued compliance with ISO standards and continuous improvement of processes.

From Certification to Innovation: A Commitment to Progress

At the end of each year, we conduct an annual customer survey to ensure we're staying close to our customers' needs: We actively implement the feedback we receive via Google and Facebook reviews, directly by phone, email and even by mail, and last, but not least, in our annual customer survey. This approach ensures that we stay ahead of the curve, adapting to the changing needs of our customers and the industry.
