➤ Arches are curved symmetrical building structures that span an opening and  typically support bridges, roofs or walls.

These old building structures, which served as living rooms, wine cellars, storerooms or workplaces, often contain artefacts that had been left behind. These valuable treasures allow further conclusions to be drawn about the type of building.
